Meet Jessie

In 2010, Jessie relocated with family from South East London to a little town by the seaside called Hayling Island. Fastly falling in love with being by the beach, Jessie quickly became familiar with the coastal areas from Brighton to Southampton.

With an entrepreneur mindset, Jessie curated a pet business, offering services to customers in Hampshire and West Sussex areas, widely known as The Animal Days.

Fast forward from 2023 when the original idea of HWH blossomed, Jessie decided to turn a passion for property (ex-estate agent) and travel (working abroad) into a start up luxury rental company, Honeywhite Homes.

Property Management

Our property management agreement is ideal for landlords looking for a stress-free investment experience. We offer guaranteed rent with no void periods, eliminating agent and legal fees.

With long-term contracts ranging from 2 to 5 years, we also provide high-quality interior design, along with dependable cleaning and maintenance services. Our properties are treated like homes, we care, maintain and return to you in an exceptional standard.

Types of management available:

Full Management
We will manage the property for you entirely, ensuring all internal maintenance is taken care of, the bills are paid and that you can be completely hands off.
Co-hosting
Got a serviced accommodation business already going, but want someone to oversee the day to day Runnings, arrange cleaners and monitor bookings. We’ll do this for you, and take a small starting commission of 20%.

Communication is the key to a successful relationship, which is why you’ll have one main point of contact throughout your journey, for added peace of mind, you can get hold of HWH 7 days a week, unlike your typical lettings agents.
